Seiryusen is the first ever title tournament hosted by Saikouisen USA. Saikouisen members can compete in this knock out format tournament where each round will be played with the same players and only the top 2 players will move on to the next round using different rulesets.
 

Based off of the Red, White and Blue color of the national flag, Round 1 will use the Red 5 rules, Round 2 will use the Saikouisen Classic rules and Round 3 will use the current Saikouisen rules.

 

The finals will consist of 3 Hanchans and each Hanchan will use the Red, White and Blue rules to determine the Seiryui. The Seiryui will also have a chance to compete in the Soyokusen in Japan!
