Shinjinousen (Rookie of the Year)

The Shinjinousen is the "Rookie of the Year" tournament within Saikouisen. Players who have joined Saikouisen no more than 5 years, and have not won any major titles are eligible to participate. 

In the early years of Saikouisen USA, all members are eligible!

​The winner of the Shinjinousen in the US will not only be crowned the Rookie of the Year for Saikouisen USA, they will be able to compete in then Shinjinousen Main Matches in Japan!
